Within the Clinical Research group at Wyeth, we have a number of projects in which would benefit from ADNI data:
Selection of psychometric and biomarker endpoints for clinical trials of disease modifying agents based on data characteristics (eg longitudinal decline, measures of variability, etc).
Comparison of clinical and biomarker data from ADNI cohort to data being obtained in current drug treatment trials.
Efforts to develop and validate novel psychometric instruments for use in AD clinical trials.
