ADNI Account Overview

Principal Investigator
Principal Investigator's Name:
Zografos Caramanos
E-mail:
aki@mrs.mni.mcgill.ca
Institution:
Montreal Neurological Institute / McGill University
Department:
Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy Unit
Country:
Proposed Analysis:
We would like to analyze a subset of the data from the ADNI dataset as part of an ongoing study in which we are examining the validity and reliability of various metrics of central nervous system integrity that can be computed from magnetic resonance imaging data. For example, we want to use the ADNI dataset in order to examine the Scan-Rescan reliability of various measures of, for example, brain volume, ventricular volume, hippocampal volume, and cortical-grey-matter thickness. We also want to examine the sensitivity and specificity of our measures to change across time in patients with Alzheimer's Disease relative to those in age-matched controls.
