The ADNI project and its corresponding database is a great opportunity for development and validation of new image processing techniques for brain MRI images.
In this context, we want to test and validate a new algorithm for brain and hippocampal atrophy measurements based on deformable registration, and compare the results with those obtained using existing methods.
We'll be glad if we can also contribute to this project.
