The aim of the project is to highlight mathematics and statistics relationships between cognitive, biochemical and neuroimaging markers of this disease; and than to assess the influence of genetic, environmental and metabolic risk factors on the relationship between the markers; Describe the evolution of these relations in the progression of the disease and to explore the effect of current therapies on these different relationships.
