Our group has created and maintains a database for genetic association in Alzheimer's disease ("AlzGene", URL: www.alzgene.org; Bertram L, McQueen MB, Mullin K, Blacker D, Tanzi RE. (2007) "Systematic meta-analyses of Alzheimer disease genetic association studies: the AlzGene database." Nat Genet 39(1): 17-23.)
An integral part of AlzGene is the computation and display of meta-analyses for polymorphisms with sufficient data. To achieve this goal and adequately represent and include ADNI data on AlzGene, we request access to summary genotype counts in AD cases and healthy controls from the recently published GWAS using ADNI samples (Potkin et al, PLoS One. 2009 Aug 7;4(8):e6501).
