Software Training

Software training is available for researchers who use LONI software. On-site trainings are held in the LONI DIVE theatre. Off-site trainings can be arranged at your institution.

Research Protocols

LONI provides trainees with access to a diverse array of neuroimaging research protocols. These protocols illustrate the functionality and utilization of heterogeneous datasets, a number of validated methods and tools for data analysis, as well as web-services for managing brain imaging data.

Work-Study Opportunities

From undergraduate students to visiting investigators, LONI invites applicants of varying expertise to perform research in our neuroscience laboratory. This is an excellent opportunity to develop lab and computer skills with access to state-of-the-art facilites.

IDP Doctoral Programs

LONI is a part of the Interdepartamental Doctoral Programs (IDP) at UCLA for training and education.

LONI Instructional Web

The LONI Instructional Web illustrates concepts behind different research methods and neuroimaging techniques. This online tutorial was developed to train medical students and neuroanatomists. It is accessible to the public.

K-12 Outreach Program

LONI provides educational programs for kindergarten to grade 12 students and teachers. Classes are invited to schedule a visit to our lab and learn about neuroscience.

Training Program in Neuroimaging

The Neuroimaging training program is for pre-doctoral and post-doctoral researchers in the scientific aspects of neuroimaging, providing in-depth focus on the theory/practice of neuroimaging strategy, physics, instrumentation and application.

Brain Trivia

Find out some fun and interesting facts about the brain. The Brain Trivia Brochure was created for highschool class visitors. It includes is a trivia questionaire about the brain.
