Research
In general, my research focuses on developing computational tools and methods to enhance the reliability and utility of diffusion tensor magnetic resonance imaging (DT-MRI or DTI) as a clinical tool. DTI is a relatively new MR imaging modality which provides information about the orientation of white matter tracts based on the diffusion profiles of protons in the presence of applied magnetic gradients.
