Instructions for Launching the DEMO
After clicking on a "Launch" button, you may be prompted to do the following:
 
1) "Open" or "Save" the JNLP file to your computer.
2) If the LONI Pipeline Interface doesn't open automatically, you may need to double click the downloaded JNLP file from your download folder.
3) "Allow" the LONI Pipeline to access your computer.
4) The Pipeline Window will pop up and begin running the workflow. If it doesn’t start up, press the "Play" button.
5) When the demo is complete, the LONI Viewer Windows will pop up, one window per image set.
6) You have the option to download the results by clicking "Show Results".

BrainParser 56 ROI
run time: 2 hours
output: An ANALYZE volume containing 56 ROI labels
Launch
 
Brain Parser software segments regions of interest based on a training set of data and generates 3D MRI volumes. The software comes pre-trained on a provided data set but can be retrained to work with your desired regions of interest. This workflow generates a label file containing 56 ROIs.

run time: 2.5 hours
output: An ANALYZE volume containing 83 ROI labels
