Instructions for Launching the DEMO
After clicking on a "Launch" button, you may be prompted to do the following:
1) "Open" or "Save" the JNLP file to your computer.
2) If the LONI Pipeline Interface doesn't open automatically, you may need to double click the downloaded JNLP file from your download folder.
3) "Allow" the LONI Pipeline to access your computer.
4) The Pipeline Window will pop up and begin running the workflow. If it doesn’t start up, press the "Play" button.
5) When the demo is complete, the LONI Viewer Windows will pop up, one window per image set.
6) You have the option to download the results by clicking "Show Results".

Volume Regression Analysis

Generate a design matrix for two cohorts, run the volumetric multiple linear regression to generate p-value, t-stat, b-value, and r-value stat maps, and compute FDR-corrected map for p-values.
