CFMBIS is a semi-automatic tool that helps researchers to perform 2-D image segmentation in brain MR image data. It requires an initialization stip to start the algorithm. This is performed by clicking an initial point inside the ROI. The program, written in Java, then automatically advances the initial countour(s) toward the boundaries of interest until all fluid elements are stopped at the boundaries of the ROI.
