Troubleshooting
Here is a list of frequently asked questions and answers.
 
The JNLP file doesn't run.
You may need to install Java to your computer. The Web Start program requires Java version 1.5 or higher. Click here for instructions to install Java.
 
I get the message "Execution is Backlogged".
"Execution is backlogged" means the user's quota for submitting workflows has been exceeded. The pipeline server holds the jobs in its memory and submits them when already running jobs complete. Try again later or contact the Pipeline Web Team via the forum for support.
 
I lost the connection.
Press the "Reset" Button and then "Play" to restart the workflow. This can happen if your computer goes idle.
 
All the Viewers have popped up but the workflow is still running.
As long as the LONI Viewer window is open, the viewer module will appear to be running. As soon as the viewer window is closed, the viewer module will be 'Complete'.
 
The workflow is taking much longer than the estimated run time.
The server may be busy due to a high number of demo requests. Please let us know by going to menu, "Help" > "Report a Bug" and submit a report. You can also try running the workflow later.
 
Please contact us if you have any issues with the Demo. From the Pipeline software interface scroll over the top menu. Under "Help", select "Report a Bug" and submit your issues to the Pipeline team. You can also visit the Pipeline Website or Forum.
