Seeking Damage Control: Brain scans of schizophrenics indicate that loss is ongoing
Newsday.com, Jamie TalanUCLA's Paul Thompson made the discovery that damage occurred over time by following patients with a rare form of childhood schizophrenia. He found that over several years, damage swept across the brain "like a forest fire."
