Overview

The SurfStats matlab package, disributed by Dr. Keith Worsley, is able to analyze Minc obj one (one kind of ) FSL surface files. This project will enable SurfStats users to read any surface format supported by ShapeTools.

Success Description

  1. SurfStats users can analyze all files supported by ShapeTools
  2. Dr. Worsley includes our enhancements with his distributed package.

  • We are not adding new output file formats.
