CompareContours
Extracting three dimensional cortical surfaces from volumetric images such as
MRI is becoming an important routine process for the medical image analysis,
for example, studying neuro developmental and neuro degenerative aspects of
brain diseases. Naturally, reliability of extracted surface is raising
question. This application is a validation and comparison tool that describes
the disagreement between these surfaces by distance based metric and volume
based metric.
