CCB Duff/Off Translator

This is a program that can convert a duff file to an off file and vice-versa. Both formats share a triangular face structure; furthermore, they both encode RGB colors and normals. These attributes will be maintained. There is meta-data in the Duff format which is lost in the translation, since it has no equivalent in the Off format.
