Notes
This project will encompass the following tasks:
- Extracting the landmark data from the provided Excel spreadsheet
- Determine groups of mutant populations
- Determine a suitable atlas
- For each wing, compute the warp to the atlas
- For each wing, compute the jacobian (matrix or determinant) of the warp on a regular grid
- Write the jacobian matrix or determinant in a format that can be handled by Matlab.
- Determine further work to do statistics with data in Matlab
