Notes

This project will encompass the following tasks:

  • Extracting the landmark data from the provided Excel spreadsheet
  • Determine groups of mutant populations
  • Determine a suitable atlas
  • For each wing, compute the warp to the atlas
  • For each wing, compute the jacobian (matrix or determinant) of the warp on a regular grid
  • Write the jacobian matrix or determinant in a format that can be handled by Matlab.
  • Determine further work to do statistics with data in Matlab
