Program description
- Program has been tested it on the WM masks of 10 subjects
- Currently doing GM mask tests
- Speed: If the server is not very busy, it takes about 30 minutes for each job (4 times slower than on a PC)
- Parameters to adjust:
- Before we had many parameters. All except 2 are now fixed because they are less important
- The first parameter is the width of the narrow band choosing between 1 and 3. Larger values require more memory; smaller values many not give a desirable result. A value=2 should work well most of the time.
- The second parameter controls smoothness. Smaller values result in rougher surfaces; larger values return smoother surfaces, although some features may be lost. A 1<=value<=4 should return good results. For exampe we used value=3.8 for the WM mask tests.
File Format Specifications
- Input files are Analyze IMG/HDR maks (1/0) binary files
- Outputs are surfaces in OBJ Format
