InterpolateContour

Overview

InterpolateContour uses spline interpolation to smoothly interpolate shape files containing contours. The number of interpolated points may be varied, enabling this tool to function as a resampler. The order of the spline interpolation may varied. The default interpolation order of 1 corrosponds to fitting a series of straight lines to the data points. In this configuration, InterpolateContour produces results nearly identical to the RSP resampling used by other LONI analysis protocols.
