Medial Distance Calculator
Various data analysis protocols use nonportable software to
accomplish the computation described below. The details of
this computation are not well known, nor are they changeble to
meet specific data analysis needs.
This project will create a Java application that computes and stores the
distance between the vertices of a shape , defined as a group of contours,
and a line passing through the centers of each of the contours.
The algorithms used for this computation will be described in detail,
and the source code made both publicly and easily available.
