• Ryan is working on splitting fly vein curves at the vein intersections. he is currently using a 3 step process:
  • an application to detect the vein intersctions
  • an application to check the (cross-subject) vein consistency
  • modifcations to ShapeSplit to split the vein contours at the intersection
• ShapeStatistics has been updated to compute the shape averages internally, if not explicitly supplied
• BaeCheol is working on the ContourComparison tool, ETA at the end of this week.
• BaeCheol added the ability to set the output attribute name in ColorSurface.
