  • creating JNI interfaces that allow C (or Matlab, or R,or ...) programmers to use ShapeTools to read and write data files.
  • need for the viewer to allow user to select which data attribute is used to color the shapes.
  • how much support to offer beginning Java programmers.
  • future need to get subsets of data (positions).
  • future use of grid computing to process meshes.
