Issues Discussed

  • InterpolateContour - treatment of duplicate points. Remove adjacent duplicate preferable to alteration.
  • Copyright restrictions on JSpline+. We may redistribute for non-commercial use. We may wish to remove JSpline from the ShapeViewer to simplify licensing of ShapeViewer.
  • ShapeViewer almost ready for lab release of v1.0.0b0 (beta)
  • make ShapeViewer and InterpolateContour available via a twiki page
  • Utility of pipeline modules for ShapeViewer, InterpolateContour and ShapeDistance (when written).
  • Value of measuring various types of distances between surfaces
  • Need for a simple shape file format.
  • Meeting & availability for the next few weeks.

Decisions

  • Write a tool to compute distance between vertices of a shape and store the values in an attribute
  • Distribute current set of tools to lab for beta testing.
