• Craig - fix bug in read UIF.
• Criag - fix OFF writer issues.
• Craig - modify command line argument list to support options needed for Pipeline (-files x1 x2 ... xn).
• Craig - lines fall off Pipeline
• Craig - send test script or pipeline to Katharine / Liberty, show usage to L.
• Craig - write fly wing inquiry response.
• Ryan - complete covariance computation convergence.
• Ryan - split landmark warp library into two projects
• Ryan - modify landmark warp library to list names of current warps.

• Katherine busy with grants, won't have had time to test lines fall off.
• Covariant version of elastic warp does not converge
  • Center point starts to converge, then heads out to infinity, dragging the surrounding space with it.
  • might have to do with rounding particulars.
  • Ryan and Craig to review code.
• Conversion of warp files to air transformation vectors
• means to compare warped surfaces with current method
  • create texture mapped (colored) surfaces
  • map ucf and obj surface to unit sphere - landmarks should line up
• it should be possible to put entire warp protocol into a pipline - iff final output can be renamed sensibly.
• possibliity of using operations rsrch. methods to find elastic warp options that best match current warp models.
• test underway for non-dual warp (e.g. method that does not require use of a dual)
