• WarpToolsPipeline
  • errors: sporadic errors occur , probably due to pipeline server problems ('missing log file,...")
  • Cornelius does not think enough people use this pipeline to warrant priortizing it's repair
• how to measure quality of a warped atlas. Possible measure is minimizing variance of warped contours about their average.
