This page describes the guidelines and requirements for submitting a CCB annual report for the period of May 01, 2007 - April 30, 2008. Please follow all instructions carefully and submit your final report by
Mon., April 28, 2008.
Late reports will not be incorporated in the 4
th-year master CCB Annual report which will be submitted to NIH.

- The narrative section for the specialized report is added based on the NIH instructions. Please note the highlights may not apply to each project and core.
- PubMed ID, or on-line link, should be added to ALL citations for published papers. We only need to send NIH one copy of the published and in-press publications, if the PubMed ID, or on-line link, is not yet available.
