  • Leviathan: a collection of DTI analysis and fiber tractography tools, coded in C++ and compiled for Windows, Mac OS X, and Solaris 10.
    • Digital DTI Phantom Maker: Documentation and binaries for Windows, OS X, and Solaris 10 are located in /nethome/users/nhageman/public/Software.
    • Single Tensor Reconstruction: Reconstructs a single tensor at each voxel from a DWI dataset. Running this program requires preprocessing of metadata using Lev File Utility
    • Streamline Fiber Tracking: Performs streamline fiber tracking on single tensor data.
    • Computation of Tract Statistics: Computes average value of DTI scalar measures along a collection of tracts.
