Shape Tools Program mission:
Provide the CCB community with portable tools that support
the modelling, analysis and display of interesting geometric shapes
ShapeTools Libraries - the ShapeTools application support libraries
Data analysis protocols - Neuro-Imaging research protocols implemented with ShapeTools applications
File Formats - file formats read by ShapeTools applications and libraries
Interfaces
mShape - An interface to ShapeTools from within Matlab. Allows Matlab users to read and write shape file data.
rShape - An interface to ShapeTools from within the
R statistics package. Allows R users to read and write ucf file data.
ShapeTools Bulletin
A series of short newsletters containg announcments and information of interest to ShapeTools users.
Active Projects - a list of currently active development efforts.
Future Projects - a list of projects planned for the future

System Requirements
Most ShapeTools libraries and applications require Java 1.6. If you have difficulties installing Java, please see

Some may also require that Java3D be installed. If you have difficulties installing Java3D, please see
InstallingJava3D.

Software Download Web Site. Other source code is at times available on request.
