ShapeTools Library: A java library providing support functions to applications developers (v.1.3) (combines ShapeToolsCoreLibrary,ShapeToolsIOLibrary, ShapeToolsAppsLibrary).

ShapeToolsCore Library: A java library providing support functions to applications developers (v.1.3).

ShapeToolsIO Library: A java library providing shape file format support functions to applications developers (v.1.3).

ShapeToolsApps Library: A java library providing application writing support functions to applications developers (v.1.3).

ShapeToolsData Library: A java library providing a consistent interface to a variety of data sources and sinks.

Array IO Library - provides readers and writers of numerical arrays, stored in a variety of file formats.

ColorMap Library: a java library enabling applications to apply color maps to data arrays.

Color Surface: a java application that colors the vertices of a surface.

Automatic Statistical Shape Analysis A collection of applications that automate creation of an atlas of shapes, labelled with statistical significance (p-values).
