The java application libraries with which ShapeTools applications are built.
If you are a Java developer, you want these. If you don't know which libraries to
use, start with the all-in-one ShapeToolsLibrary.
ShapeTools Library: A Java library providing support functions to applications developers (v.1.3) (combines ShapeToolsCoreLibrary,ShapeToolsIOLibrary, ShapeToolsAppsLibrary).
ShapeToolsApps Library: A Java library providing application writing support functions to applications developers (v.1.3).
ShapeToolsCore Library: A Java library defining the essential ShapeTools data model and mathematical classes.
ShapeTools Data Library: A Java library providing a consistent interface to a variety of data sources and sinks.
ShapeToolsIO Library: A Java libary that reads and writes a variety of common surface and contour file formats.
ShapeTools Function Library: A Library providing support for use of mathematical functions.
DXJava Library: A Java library providing classes which assists reading and writing OpenDX general format data files. Array IO Library - Provides readers and writers of numerical arrays, stored in a variety of file formats. ColorMap Library: a Java library enabling applications to apply color maps to data arrays. FlatMapToolsLibrary: A Java library that simplifies maninpulation of shapes represented as a FlatMap. ImageJ Plugins - A collection of ImageJ plugin extensions that enable ImageJ to view selected LONI image and contour files. LONI_Reader Library: A set of ImageJ plugins that decode LONI UIF, Ucf and Minc Contour OBJ files. Multigrid PDE solver library - A Java library for rapidly solving systems of partial differential equations. ShapeToolsImage Library: A Java library that reads several LONI 2D image formats. Virtual File System Browser - a Java application component that uses sFtp and ssh to securely find and read files stored on remote computers.
