Overview
The SurfStats matlab package, disributed by Dr. Keith Worsley, is able to analyze Minc obj one (one kind of )
FSL surface files. This project will enable SurfStats users to read any surface format supported by
ShapeTools.
Success Description
- SurfStats users can analyze all files supported by ShapeTools
- Dr. Worsley includes our enhancements with his distributed package.

- We are not adding new output file formats.
