Shape Viewer test plan - v. 1.1.0

Notes on editing the tables - Craig

Table column delimiters "|" must have at least 1 character between them to display correctly.
A blank line ends a table.
Initial the column in which you've made a test
Add URL showing what you expect from test
Please annotate with OK or Fail and your initials.
