Access

• CCB/LONI Internal: https://10.1.1.221/meeting or https://10.1.1.221/dana/meeting/meeting_daily.cgi
• External: https://vpn.loni.ucla.edu/meeting/ (e.g., https://vpn.loni.ucla.edu/meeting/26189562)

Authentication

• You need to use a meeting-specific authorisation code (password) - provided by the meeting Chair.

Usage

• See the top-left large-icon buttons on top-left
• select a user from the list of webconference attendees and choose an action from the selections to the right of the list of names.

DimDim Web-based Collaborative Environment

• Host: Go to http://10.1.2.184:8099/, select START Meeting and set up a new meeting. Change the Meeting Key (e.g., NCBC_TCon_Date). Change the Return URL field under Options tab to http://www.ccb.ucla.edu.

• Users: Go to http://10.1.2.184:8099/, select JOIN Meeting and enter the tripple (Email, Name (Affiliation), Meeting_Key), e.g., (test@test.org, Peter_Pan (NASA), NCBC_TCon_Date).
