3. Prove them with the following information

- Batch number (should start with a "B")

- CT part number

- Quantity

- Name

- Address

- Phone number

- E-mail address

- Exchange Method

4. For Exchange Method, choose 'Wait-to-Receive Exchange'

5. Return the items to the address that Crucial provides and be sure to write down

the RMA number
