This page is a working page for the continued development to the Mouse BIRN Atlasing Toolkit (MBAT). Any suggestions are welcome.Goals
- Collaborative software tool that capitalizes on atlasing efforts from each of the Mouse BIRN sites
- Tool acts as intuitive user interface to access Mouse BIRN data
- Tool acts as a method that allows people to share their data
- Envisioned MBAT Workspaces
- Visualization: Visualization/gross comparisons of atlases or data
- Query and Interface?: retrieve linked data
- Processing, analysis, and quantification?: these functions are for multiple types of image data
- Integration of data into spatial register: tools to spatially register data to atlases or other templates
- Contribute data?: user can add their data to the mouse BIRN sharing infrastructure
- Anatomical Forum: an area for discussion about differences
