• Better MBAT Atlasing surfaces: near term is to generate surfaces, smooth and section them to have contours built on current MRI delineations (perfect match)
• Integration of Maryann’s Common specimen delineations into MBAT

• Alignment of different data sets from Common specimen study

  • MBAT programmers meeting June 1-2 (afternoon)
    • Thursday in NRB room 470 (same building as LONI)
    • Friday in the DIVE of LONI (see map below)
  • Ontology working group meeting June 1 held in NRB room 468 (same building as LONI-see map below)
  • Map of campus, meeting locations, and area hotels
  • Attendees are responsible for parking fees and alcohol at Tuesday night's dinner
  • PARKING: ALL need to stop at the Parking Kiosk (see map), tell them you are going to the mouse BIRN meeting and you are to park in PSV. They will give you the proper parking permits.
