1. Update
- LONI team is working on redesigning the MBAT framework.
- Davit is working on the registration plugin.
- Willy and his groups are looking into AIDB. By October AHM, there is some input module and DB format available.
- Asif is coordinating Willy and Steve Lemont about the registration plugin. He got the approval from Maryann to incorporate the registration plugin into CCDB portal.
- MBAT is going to integrate some of the ImageJ Plugins like I/O and image processing tool.
2. AIDB
- CCDB is going to have meetings related to AIDB. Jeff B. can send Willy, Marianne, and Brad the dataset information that need to included in XCEDE.
3. Misc
- SVN accounts have been set up for Willy and Brad.
Action Items
- Email Willy Allan's metadata.
- Jeff B. is going to re-send the email about their usage of ImageJ plugin.
