1. Update
- Jeff is able to update mac to Java 1.6. He already sent the data information to CCDB, and will continue the research on large data set issue.
- Willy and Brad is working on AIDB upload. CCDB will merge XCEDE schema with CCDB upload metadata schema.
- Carl has finished the client version of NeuroTerrain, and it is able to view MLB data. The application connects to NeuroTerrain dataserver, and it is purely developed in Java. It loads large images from MBL. MBAT is going to update the engine to accomodate the big images from Neuroterrain.
- Davit has finished most of the registration, just need to integrate the link to new library.
- Asif is working on linking the registration to the CCDB portlet. In CCDB portal, user is notified the completion of registration process via email. Similar scheme will be implemented via MBAT. Asif is working on integrating with ABA atlas.
- MBAT is closely finishing the framework. Online documentation is available online.
