Updates

1. Davit:
   • Finish the registration plug-in, landmark and zooming are syn.
   • Need to resize the image windows.
   • There will be some changes of API to the Registration plugin (Daren).
2. Jeff:
   • Setting up the eclipse environment for his computer.
3. Willy:
   • Finish integration with SmartAltas^?, Imageworkflow and CCDB portal
   • Work on AIDB portal,and it will eventually inherit the CCB portal. AIDB and CCDB portal are similar.
   • Need to change schema and portal to adapt the MRI data.
4. Asif:
   • Jibber access must be through Portal, so user can locate the SRB location. Jibber integration will be determined upon the decision of the project manager and executive committee due to Paxinos copyright issue.
   • Suggestion is made to use Er-Fang warping algorithm instead of Jibber.
   • Region of Interest query needs transform coordinates.
5. Carl:
   • Working on upgrading to 64-bit machine.
6. Daren:
   • MBAT team working on the finishing framework and resolving the mbat plugin API.
   • Show demo in AHM.

Action Items

• Schedule an internal demo session before AHM.
