1. Updates

• Willy:
  • working with Seth and Rob Williams to input data
  • sent out Excel mapping file; waiting for feedback and real data
• Davit:
  • working on AIR plugin using Pipeline via command line
• MBAT:
  • ImageJ^? I/O alpha release is available, beta will be available by end of Jan 2009
  • Rendering plugins (2D,3D, atlas) scheduled for end of Feb 2009
  • Literature Search plugins added

2. Large data sets

• CIVM goals/features:
  • MR data with atlas labels
  • 3 planar views
  • image data available by network transfer via image server or local files
  • per voxel labels (labelled volumes)
  • LBL files for label data
  • segmentation of data
• Neuroterrain goals/features:
  • NeuroTerrain server returns contours and oblique slice
  • able to view MBL data set
  • co-navigate aligned data
  • 70 ROI segmentated, labels on co-aligned data set; color overlay on the returned data.
  • develop GUI to NeuroTerrain server

• Seth/Rob Williams fill out Excel spreadsheet; send to Willy
• Seth/Rob Williams send corresponding data to Willy
• Seth contact Maryann about commitment to AIDB datasource plugin
• Daren will create credentials for MBAT for pipeline
• Jeff B. specify main functionalities of CIVM plugin
• Jeff B. determine if delivering workspace or mbViewer plugin
• Carl specify main functionalities of NT plugin
• Carl determine if delivering workspace or mbViewer plugin
• Jeff and Carl inform MBAT Team if streaming API necessary for their plugins
• Daren will check on Carl's login access to SVN (not able to do so since Oct)
