• Daren/XiaoDong/LeiYan/Queenie: Phenotype discussion post to forum

2. Updates

• Asif:
  • STX to ABA transformation of plates
• Willy/Will:
  • 44 datasets into AIDB
  • 10 datasets fully annotated / documented; ready for download
  • met with Daren/Queenie to help Will get up to speed on writing datasource plugin
• Carl:
  • implemented working GUI layer for NT viewer plugin
  • multiple layers in lieu of multiple viewports
  • need to discuss search workspace interaction
• Jeff:
  • dummy plugin implemented; tracing through code
  • experimenting with opening data with ImageJ^?
• LeiYan:
  • client side keyword search almost finished
  • estimate by next week it will be completed
  • need to define Phenotype
• MBAT
  • mbSecurity module almost finished
  • working on atlas viewer plugin
  • working on hierarchy viewer
  • working on saving operations

3. API discussion

• Volume3D API
  • CIVM
    • (raw bytes, native one file per slice) -> won't use
    • upload Analyze T1/T2 pairs to AIDB
  • ELN:
    • multiple NifTI^? volumes archived into single file
    • use NifTI^? orientation if specified
  • orientation
    • otherwise use default
  • compression
    • gzip, zip

4. Other Issues

• SVN policy:
  • comment commits
  • commit stable code (ie: must compile without errors)

• Reminder: everyone review deliverables list
• Reminder: code freeze April 20
