- input data from Rob Williams to AIDB
- archive .hdr/.img files into single file; URL will point to this file
- AIDB datasource moving forward: replicating CCDB code
- Jeff
- implementing own version of ImageJ? classes to support virtual access to .img files
- will require uncompressed .img file
- Carl
- built GUI/hooks to NT
- working on getting image data onto screen
- technical issues with class loaders (resolve with Nikhil)
- XiaoDong?/LeiYan
- finished keyword search; phenotype and gene expression
- right now, searches only 8 of best data sets
- need to discuss query terms
- Asif
- Ilya and Asif registered ABA data for all of imaging services (Jibber, etc)
- LONI
- Atlas viewer plugin completed
- mbSecurity module finished
- saving cart is completed
- ontology viewer being developed
2. Minutes
- Queenie reviewed mbSecurity API

- Daren will investigate if .tar is supported by ImageJ?
- Seth will give Willy metadata for Mouse Atlas data, Quail data
- list required metadata fields
