Current terminologies

Currently, MBAT has been released with two structure hierarchies that Allan adapted along with the BAMS group. These are the MAP2003S_256.ilf and the MAP2003P_256.ilf hierarchies. Allan based another on the terminology used by Gensat GENSAT.bgx (sent out by Rob and Maryann). The latest version is based on the newest Swanson terminology MAP2006.ilf.

These files can be loaded and viewed in MBAT, but are simply XML files that can be edited in a text editor. UCLA will soon also distribute a BrainGraph editor.

Once you have created your edits, please reupload your version (put a little text in the wiki to let us know it was you, and why you made the changes you did). Simply click manage for the attachment you want to upload, specify the location of your local file, and click Upload file.
