1. Status Update
- Jeff B just updated the computer. Would prefer to get familiar with the new MBAT framework, before working on the MBAT large dataset after.
- Davit: work on the registration plugin. He will investigate on the zooming links.
- Carl: Neuroterrain is publicly available. Please send URL to MouseBIRN? folks. It works on Swing only.
- Willy: CCDB is updating database, and work with Asif on Image workflow that apply to AIDB workflow. The two components will talk to each other, and will QA it later. Willy will continue to monitor the CCDB webservice. CCDB will take XCEDE schema, but will not accept XCEDE XML or translate the output in XCEDE format.
- Asif: Finish CCDB and Image workflow. Working on the sterotaxic coordinates for ABA. Working on Adobe Illustrator Shape file, which is GIS format loading the atlas data, vector to the atlas. MapPublisher is able to convert Air to Shape file. Hard to covert all Air layers to Shape layers. Imageworkflow plugin will be an embedded browser in a JPanel.
- Daren: working on new MBAT framework. Searchfarmework and ViewFramework are almost final. The integeration with the Registration plugin in 90% complete. The core framework is quite ready.
2. Other Issues
- Register for AHM. Get the hotel by 09-17.
