To improve security, we added an extra authentication layer to TWiki; you must have a registered user name and password to edit pages on this TWikiSite, If you would like to apply for a TWiki account, please create an account using our <a href="https://utilities.loni.ucla.edu/services/NewUser.jsp">TWiki User Account Registration Utility</a> and e-mail <a href="mailto:webmaster@loni.ucla.edu?subject=TwikiAccount">webmaster@loni.ucla.edu</a>. Include the following information in your e-mail: * Name * E-mail Address Used Above * Institution * Department * Postal Code * Country <!-- IMPORTANT NOTE if you want to customize this form: You can delete or add new input variables in this form. Use the topic TWikiRegistrationPub in case this installation is on a public server (just copy the content over to the TWikiRegistration topic). The name="" parameter of the input tags must start with: "Twk0..." (if this is an optional entry), "Twk1..." (if this is a required entry). This will ensure that the fields are processed correctly. --> __Once we recieve the e-mail:__ * We will enable your account, so that you can start editing pages using the WikiName that we assign to you. * Send you a confirmation of your registration by email. * Create your personal %WIKITOOLNAME% topic using your WikiName as topic name, and add the data you submitted to the topic. * Add your name to the list of users in the %MAINWEB%.%WIKIUSERSTOPIC% topic in the %WIKITOOLNAME%.%MAINWEB% web. Once registered you can login using your WikiName and password.
