To run MBAT with full functionality, un-tar the full MBAT folder to your hard drive.

*If you do not wish to load the atlases, you do not need the MBAT/Atlases folder 
*If you do not wish to load the data volumes, you do not need the MBAT/Volumes folder 
*Additional data may be put anywhere on your computer, but you may wish to put it in your MBAT/Volumes folder

To run MBAT, click the MBAT.jar file.
