The Gift of Hope Brain Donation Program makes it simple for interested individuals to enroll as Donor Members .

• It is important to share your wish to donate with your family, especially your next-of-kin and family members to make the decision before death.
• Ultimately, your next-of-kin will be responsible for making sure your wishes are fulfilled .
• There is no cost to the donor or the donor's family.
• Enrolling in the Gift of Hope Program is not binding. A decision to donate can be changed.
Brain Tissue will be removed at a mortuary or hospital close to the donor. After tissue removal the body is released to the family for funeral services.
