Description of the HTML output of SVT 5.3 using the Alzheimer's Disease AD-ASVPA Atlas

Column 1, contains the label-value of the corresponding ROI (region-of-interest);
Column 2, contains the name of the ROI;
Column 3, contains the Z-score indicating the significance of the group-differences over the entire ROI;
Column 4, indicates the maximum-local-Z-score (only for the significantly activated ROI's) for the current ROI;
Column 5, 6, 7, contain the (x,y,z) coordinates of the voxel, where the maximum-local-Z-score, of column 4, is achieved;
Column 8, contains the probability-level indicating the chance that the voxel (with coordinates listed in columns 5,6,7) belongs to the ROI, listed in columns 1,2;

Remarks:

Columns 5, 6, 7, 8 are empty for gray-matter-only (GM), white-matter-only (WM) and CSF-only regions, because the SVT statistics are computed on the combined WM+GM+CSF ROI's (index in [0 : 189]);
Columns 5, 6, 7, 8 are trivial for larger unions of ROI's. For these regions only the global-ROI statistics are evaluated to assess between-group differences over the entire regions. No local tests are necessary, since each region, part of the union, had been previously evaluated for significance using local test, if the ROI's global Z-score was large enough (index in [252 : 282]).
