    /loni/edevel/NEW_AGE_GROUPS, /loni/edevel/DECADE_MAPS.tar and /loni/edevel/DECADE_MAPS_305.tar are the YALE whole brain data divided into groups by decade.  The groups in /loni/edevel/FINAL_AGE_GROUPS are better age-matched and the N in each range is more consistent.

    /loni/edevel/dyslex has raw scans for the dyslexia project

  • /loni/edevel/dyslex/make_mincs.csh is the script to transform the data from its raw from into a minc.

    /loni/edevel/FAS_ASYM.tar has the data used in the Neuroimage paper comparing gray matter asymmetry in FAS subjects to subsets of the San Diego and Yale data.

    /data/edevel/YALE176_HEMISPHERE_FLATMAPS_TEST is a directory containing hemisphere flatmaps for a small subset of the YALE subjects.
